Monarchy, orginally under the control
of the Onyx Empire.

The Ender Woods monarchy has changed
hands many times since its creation.
Violent coups have destroyed two Elven
lines. Another was driven to the
Western River Kingdom where they
reside under the protection of
political asylum.

Terrain & Climate

The Ender Woods was a mortal woodland
infested with highwaymen who robbed
and murdered merchants transporting
wares between Gildon and Tarsol.

Princess Amarla (prior to becoming the
Empress of the Onyx Empire) used the
Ender Woods to learn Elven King's
Magic and train. Over the span of
nearly three hundred years, she
collected Elementals and converted the
Ender Woods to Elven land.

After the formation of the Onyx
Empire, Amarla sent "undesirables" to
colonize the Ender Woods under the
rule of her half-brother, Theodus.

The Ender Woods' fog and sparks of
energy thinned during the youth of
Gildon's current queen. She also
trained in the Ender Woods, but
refused to feed the land while she
whittled down the Elven population.

After a later treaty, Gildon aided the
Ender Woods' recovery. The fog has
thickened, but not to the degree of
the Western River's.

Populace

The Elven population of the Ender
Woods is unlike any other. The high
crime rate in the Ender Woods rivals
that of an impoverished Human nation.

Some attribute the high crime rate and
sour nature of the populace to damages
inflicted by Gildon's queen. Others
argue the unfriendly nature of the
Ender Woods' populace is due to the
Elementals who guide them. Many of the
Elementals gathered by Amarla came
from highwaymen she murdered while
training.
